Conditions of Return or Exchange:
- Hair must not have been installed/used, colored, cut, or altered in any manner from its original purchased state.
- Hair must be returned in its original bundle. We will not accept any returns or exchanges if the hair bundle is untied or undone in any way.
- Hair product code must be on the top portion of the original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued at full purchase price if item is returned in 3 days with given notice to the store.
- CHARGE BACKS on credit cards/debits will NOT be accepted at this store for ANY reason. All sales after 3 days will be considered a FINAL PURCHASE.
PLEASE NOTE: Store will not be liable for any allergic reactions or medical conditions that occur after use of our products. All customers will be using and applying our products at THEIR OWN RISK and DISCRETION.
