Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the refund is approved, original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

Final Sale:
- All hair extensions and wigs are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
Exchanges:
- Due to hygiene and safety regulations, no exchanges are allowed once hair extensions or wigs have been purchased.
Hair Treatments:
- Hair bleaching, coloring, or chemical treatments are done at the buyer's own risk. We are not responsible for any damage caused by these processes. Please consult a professional stylist before applying any treatments.
Note
- any damage from bleaching, dyeing, or chemical treatments is not covered under our return policy, and items that have been altered in this way cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unused Condition:
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used or worn hair extensions or wigs. All products must remain in their original, unused condition.
Sale Items:
- Products purchased during a clearance sale, promotional offer, or special discount are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Important Reminder
- Before purchasing, please carefully consider your decision. Once purchased, the product is not returnable or exchangeable. Ensure the product meets your needs and expectations before completing your order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
